I'm going!

To Qatar, that is.

For my birthday, my parents are taking me along with them in January for a week in Doha with Ryan, Betsy, & Clive! Then we're ALL heading to the UAE (outside of Abu Dhabi) for a short vacation stay. I am SO excited!

I cannot wait to experience the middle east, get good sister time, and finally get to know my nephew! Not to mention, I have such great memories of taking trips with my parents, so it'll be fun to add to that list.

So anyways, this is my exciting news as of late...January 20...come soon! And of course, I plan to be practically fluent in Arabic by the time I leave. :)

I'm excited for you - I'll be even more excited to hear/see about it when you get back!

Em- This is super exciting! I see you will be quite devoted to studying Arabic the next few months you will have little time for anything else ;) But then again you may have a better nack for foreign languages. I was in Ethiopia for a month and the only work I can say off the fly is Thank you! So I guess this is me just saying good luck and have a splendid time!

That is awesome, Emily! So excited for you and I'm sure B is so excited to have you come! I can't imagine having my nieces so far away and not getting a chance to really know them. I hope you and Clive become great friends! :)
