New Year, New Blog

Welcome to my new blog! I'm so excited that after blogging for over six years, I finally have a blog design I really like (thanks to my husband!). Feel free to peruse around. You'll see some new tabs at the top, they are slowly getting filled in as I go through previous posts and label them. Key word: slowly. Also, you'll notice there's Facebook commenting enabled, but you can still click to leave a blogger comment as usual.

So, this is important: My blog will soon be switching to a new address! In a few days if you come to this address, it won't exist. So, if you want to keep reading my blog (and you should) look for me at "w-theblog.blogspot.com".

Happy 2014!

I for one was tiring of writing 2013. Fours are just so much nicer than threes.

We spent our NYE making sushi with our friends Sam and Peter. They ended up having to leave to get their daughter around 10. So we ended up being in bed by 10:30, which we were not at all unhappy about.

It had been awhile, so we were a little rusty on our sushi skills, but it was still a lot of fun and great way to ring in the new year.
