I love summer weekends so much. I'm usually excited for Fall, but not this year. This year I'm too aware that Fall leads to Winter and I'm so not ready to even think about that. I'm trying to just bask in the warmth and the relaxed atmosphere of summer...

| Henrik loves splashing in water. He has some serious splashing skills. I was proud of myself for sucking it up and getting in the lake (which I don't love) and walking around in gross sand/mud/rocks whatever you want to call it. |

| About a half hour leading up to the boy's bed time, we find ourselves on our front porch letting him swing. He absolutely loves being outside and swinging so it's the perfect place to hold him off before bed as he gets a little fussy. |
