The voice Henrik has heard the most has obviously been my own...we've spent a lot of time together. Devin would be a close second. And third? I think it's probably the voice of R.C. Sproul. Several months ago, on my commute to work, I started listening to his "Renewing Your Mind" podcasts. They are 25 minutes long which is almost exactly my drive time to work. Perfect.
Now that I'm back to work, R.C.'s podcast are back in my morning routine and I'm often accompanied by Henrik on those drives, hence him hearing more of R.C. Even though I know this isn't really possibly (or is it?!) - I would love if these deep truths he's hearing in the car would sink in and never leave. Though in all fairness, he's usually sleeping. :)
Renewing Your Mind podcasts cover a variety of subjects. He recently did a great series over-viewing the whole Bible. He also did a 12 part series on the doctrine of election that is so well done. It's clear and concise and answers the obvious questions that people raise about this theological debate. Currently, I'm listening to his talks on different theologians like Luther and Augustine. I love having such an easy way to learn so much on my drive to work. I'm seriously learning so much!
A Biblical view of the sovereignty of God has really transformed - or should I say renewed - my thinking and overall view of God and life on Earth.
So...this is my plug. Listen to this podcast - you won't regret it.

Wow. I remember you posting before that you listened to this, but I think this post my actually push me over the edge to give it a try. Sadly (or happily), I don't have drivetime...so when to squeeze in a 25-min. podcast??
