I saw your mother come into church and pull out something from her purse. I was in the baby room, but I specifically watched her mouth and was able to catch her saying Emily had a boy!! Thats all I heard until right before lunch when your father announced a baby boy over the pulpit and said the name. YEAH!! I am so excited for you guys because I tell you what....boys are so much fun and Devin will love playing sports with him as he grows up and its so rewarding to look out your window and see daddy and son out playing together!! Congratulations on Huck. Super cute and a nice amount of hair....enjoy being a mommy. Can't wait to hear the WHOLE birth story....you gotta put it on here sometime. Love birth stories!

Congrats! He is a cutie! Can't wait to hear your birth story. I would say that Jackis's birth was traumatizingly painful too. I take it you didn't get an epidural? I sure wish I had! Oh well...it's over and you have the sweetest gift ever!

I've experienced both traumatizing recovery and traumatizing delivery... Somehow it's still worth it! It's amazing how (eventually) you'll be able to look back and still remember that it was traumatizing, but God somehow adapts our brain to blur the terrible details... so we find ourselves at it again :) Congrats again! Hope you & Devin are loving every minute of the newness of 3 and recovery goes QUICKLY!

Congratulations!!! SO SO excited for you! That is exactly how I would have described labor. It truly was traumatizing...but totally worth it. He is absolutely adorable.
