4 cooked and cubed chicken breasts |
One large chopped apple, garlic, onion cooked in 2 Tbsp butter until soft. |
One can of each of these. |
All of this simmering with 1 Tbsp curry powder, 2 cups chicken broth, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp red pepper. Then the juice from half a small lemon. |
Pour over rice. |
Garnish with plain yogurt, chopped nuts, and more curry powder if you like. |
