but God always provides. even though i know this truth, it's so easy to be fearful about the changes that will take place in the pyg as we lose numerous amazing leaders and rocks. people always leave in life. but as with everything, God fills empty places if we can have the faith to trust that He will. (note to self) i do have to admit, sitting here watching my closest friends move out for the summer or for good has left me with a not-so-great feeling about living here this summer. but i can pretty much guarantee that, as with everything in the past year, God won't let me sit around and be...well, unfruitful or if i do i'll pay for it in one way or another, not that i think that's how God works, but you know what i mean.
the good news, i'm DONE!! 5 finals later and this girl has finished her sophmore year of college. actually, a really good feeling. but also kind of scary. as leah put it the other night, "we're actually growing up"...or at least it's maybe time to start. :) it was a fun finals week with dinners and good pyg time, but unfortunately i was in...um let's call it an "off" mood for most of the week, i feel like i didn't really take full advantage of the last official week with the 2007-08 pyg. i was there in body, but most of the time my mind was elsewhere...oh if only i could control where my mind goes, ha just kidding.
things start splitting at the seams, but the whole thing doesn't have to come tumbling down.

hmmm...after thinking about my comment last week...i've officially decided not to grow up...at least until a year from now, but possibly ever...muy bien idea....yes yes, muy bien.
congrats on your completion of sophomore year! wow, where do the years go? I'm feeling really old...although last night at our dinner I was mistaken in the hotel bathroom for one of the attendees of a prom that was going on in another ballroom!!!! I lauged at the lady and told her I'm almost 30! Glad you're done with another finals week! love ya
good idea leah, i fully support not growing up!!
sara, i can't believe you were mistaken for a high schooler, what in the world were you wearing?! (actually i would like to see a picture of you and nate all dressed up in your black tie apparrel)
I am glad you did an end of the year post and voiced a lot of the things I'm thinking so now I won't have to. :)
Congrats on being half way done with your college career!!
