18.3

Meaning 18 weeks and 3 days

I'm not regularly documenting this fat stomach of mine. So when I actually think to do it, you'll probably have the pleasure of seeing it as well since the blog is the best way to document life in these sorts of ways...

oh I know, I know.....you will hear how not fat you are. Because really you are NOT FAT, but in the brain of the person carrying the child you only see it as fat! Weird how that is. Well, it was the way for me. I felt so fat, and everyone kept saying 'you aren't fat". BUT with all honesty emily.....YOU really are NOT FAT!! You look so stinkin adorable!!!

I always feel totally out of control when I'm prego...one thing I told my sister that I think is worth repeating again is: it takes nine months for your body to build up to having the baby, give yourself nine months at least to gradually ease back to norm. As in, don't start the hard dieting right when you walk in the door home from the hospital. Once the baby is in your arms, your stomach still isn't just fat, the uterus is a huge muscle group and is rather confused about not holding your darling baby anymore for a few weeks.

And I agree with everyone else, you look super super cute.
