coconut

I know I'm a little behind on the trend (which is unfortunate), but I'm loving most things coconut these days. Not so much the coconut waters you see around, but these are my two favorites recently:

Doesn't everything about this ad just make you happy?!
We all know I'm OBSESSED with La Croix of any flavor, but coconut has taken the obsession to a new level!

Oh look, I'm enjoying one right now!

Also...
These fruit bars as such a great evening summer snack. Low calorie, but creamy and satisfying. The same brand of bars in lime flavor? Not so much on the creamy or delicious side.

have to disagree with you on this post....I totally dislike coconut! Even the smell of it is nothing I enjoy. Glad someone can enjoy it though:). (my dear hubby loves the stuff, but sadly he doesnt get it because I don't like it).

I'm with Sandra- I don't enjoy the smell either (as in sunscreen)

The only redeeming value is if it is covered in chocolate!

Thanks for keeping us updated on the trends...:)

Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't enjoy coconut. Every time you post about La Croix I think, I really need to try one. :)
