My favorite breakfast smoothie and a great tool to make it...
This hand blender thing is great - makes me much more motivated to do a morning shake when I know I don't have to dirty up the blender. (Ingredients I use are a banana, yogurt, peanut butter and milk.)
Although lately I'm having to make this for lunch if I'm at home due to a certain husband wanting to juice our breakfast. :)
