sometimes circles run around you

here i sit...with leah and belv (also known as joe).
@ grey house. good crepes. good coffee. good place to study. we're in the back room at a table lined up.
leah's talking (surprise surprise) and has water cup and empty crepe plate.
belv's listening and has an empty cup which once held his standard "china breakfast tea w/ honey" (surprise surprise).
and i'm blogging with water, coffee, and a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (surprise surprise).

i should keep working on my project, but this will undoubtedly be the only time i have to blog until thursday evening. last week i lived in a hole of writing papers and this week its exams and a project. i seriously have never had so many things due in a 2 week period in my life. but enough of that...

the good news is, before i know it, it will be friday afternoon and time to get aboard the white cloud and head to mexico. what better way to get involved in the drug wars then to head down on a suspicious looking bus full of college students. good thing we have like one adequate spanish speaker. typical americans. (i actually don't know a thing about the violence going on in mexico, for fun i would like to assume its drugs, but i don't really check the news...typical college student thinking life outside of campus doesn't exist).

on another note...i'm starting to interview for fall internships before i graduate in december. its so weird that my time at purdue is winding down but i feel like i just got here. i'm going to have some pretty diverse options in diverse places. to move 10 hours away or 2 hours...that is the question that will plague me for the next month. if only i were the decisive girl i once was...

I jumped right on your new post and am here to comment!! (surprise surprise) :)

How ironic. I am sitting by Andrew and Joel @ the lab... aren't we all such a studious little bunch?!

Fun post!

the comment about the drug wars/white cloud cracked me up. I don't know why it struck me, but that was really funny!

Great seeing you last weekend!

Oh man, if the White Cloud could talk. Good memories...I didn't know it was still alive and moving. Have a great time.
I'll pray for you in making your decision about the internship...I'm NOT a decisive girl, so I don't envy you at all.
