ahhh, vacation! highlights include, but are not limited to:
trips to lake michigan by boat through the chanel, nate and ryan were pretty brave taking all those crazy kids!
once again, nate, being pretty brave taking both avery and finley out on the sailboat!
swimming in the lake. how cute is that.
chillin on the 'duh' aka dock pronounced by miles.
lots of fishing...jarod and dad were nice enough to take a break from pike and bass and take some of the kids bluegill fishing.
kayaking with mom through the chanel over to walk the beach. dad drove around the lake to capture the moment as we went under the bridge into the chanel.
sunsets.
and last, but certainly not least, the annual 'bass lake relay' beginning at 8 a.m. on a cool, friday morning. adrenaline was high, my kayak was slow, and kevin ran fast.
and the winners...team 'fville springs' also the winner of the award for the gayest team headbands. :) vacation 2008 = success.
