okay so i have a hair cut scheduled for wednesday evening. regardless of how i get it cut, it's in dire need of a trim and a quality cut. now, leah, don't take offense, you've done a lovely job cutting my hair the past couple times, i mean that! but my hair has been screaming at me lately wanting a professional with a good pair of shears. so here's the delima...do i a) just get a trim and grow my hair out like it used to be my freshman year of college (see picture)...or do i b) cut a couple inches off of it and keep it short like i've worn it for the past 10 mos.? so here's your chance to influence a decision of mine, which i don't usually let people do. :) please give me your thoughts and vote on the poll to the right because i cannot decide!
short

orlong

Hmmm . . .I'm kind of liking the short do on you Em . . .it fits your personality. Plus, you have to love the ease (and sass : ) )of short hair through the summer.
I an see the dilemna though . . .short and look beautiful or long and look beautiful. ; ) have fun deciding - I'm not any better with decisions!
explaining my vote....you're still in college; you'll have all your life to have short easy-to-manage hair, even "mom hair." So I say it's your one beauty & college is a fun time to have more complicated hair.
ohhh . . . Betsy has a good point. I think I may change my vote now.
maybe I should first mention I'm IN that "mom hair" stage. : ) So I'll live vicariously through you Em. : )
well, you both made good points!
amber, i've been thinking about you a lot lately because this weekend is girls camp and...drum roll please...the little girl with a bad attitude who was your CAMPER is now a COUNSELOR. you are definitely my most memorable counselor who made a huge impact on my life. hopefully i can be as good of one as you were!
go long, my friend! We can grow our hair out together and have yet one more similarity. :)
What a hard choice Em. You look amazing with short hair. But then again you look swell with long....hmmm
Em: My vote and comments obviously indicate that I'm probably oldest respondee but here goes: I vote for short - it looks very classy but also trendy at the same time. Do I get two votes for probably being the oldest to respond? Love ya
Thanks for the sweet words Em -you'll be an AMAZING counselor.
It's hard for me not to be there (especially with you girls as counselors now - that would be way too much fun). We've had wedding stuff to be at the past 3 years and I feel disconnected and out of it. I always loved my times with you girls (and I don't mean that in a belittling way ; )).
YOU have blessed ME in so many ways - thanks for letting me be a small part. love you.
Marcelle, you get two votes for being the definition of classy. :) wow, this is going to be hard, so many great opinions!
amber, i would kill to have you as my co-counselor, maybe next year i can talk you to getting back into it! love you!
Well Em, 1 Cor. says "..if a woman has long hair, it is her glory.." The decision is easy! Mom
I'm sure against your mom's wishes my family votes for short!
Love Ya,
The Knobloch's
P.S. You look cute however you wear it!
well em,
what have you decided?? Im kind of curious as to if you are going to leave it short or grow it out??
