a failed turkey run (or chicken walk)

so saturday was supposed to be our amazing pyg trip to turkey run. it definitely didn't happen due to the rather chilly temperatures and rain. it became one of those days where i was bored but didn't want to do anything. all day i hated the idea of sitting around, but literally could not think of one thing in the whole world that sounded appealing to me. i hate those moods.

i can't believe 3 weeks from now i will have finished finals and started my summer vacation. could this year have gone any quicker? the next 3 weeks are going to be rather crazy though...some papers to do, and lots of exams to study for, not to mention betsy's showers are both next weekend and there's a lot of pyg stuff going on in the next few weeks. i'm going to have to have SO much discipline to buckle down and study for my 5 finals. and i HAVE to...slacking off this semester has left me in a different position with finals than i'm used to. usually my grades are good enough to coast through finals and know i'm fine. this year...not so much.

i found out friday that the week after finals i can take counseling classes at lifecare, which is really exciting. you can't counsel there until you are 21, but since they just 'love their ac girls' they want me to take the classes early so i'm ready to go when january rolls around. yikes i need to get ready to go to work...cornerstone financial will be calling my name in 45
