Friend Shower

These two...

Are so cute. But that's not what this post is about. It's about the adorable and fun baby shower they threw for me and how I am so lucky to have friends like them!

Like I said...adorable! Leah's gray square wall was definitely the perfect set up for their gray and yellow theme (also the colors of Pop's room). The food? AMAZING. Two different crustless egg quiches (yum!) and a huge assortment of fillings and toppings for crepes! The whole thing was just so cute and delicious.

And the people...

 Being a quality over quantity person, I loved the opportunity to just do a really small shower with close friends so it could be more of an eat, catch-up, and hang out morning. Such fun girls. I have the best friends! A few couldn't make it (you know who you are) and were missed! What made it even more fun was having two good friends there that are pregnant as well. We're all due within a few weeks of each other! Could end up being 3 babies extremely close in age, which is so fun!

Most of the girls went in on a group gift and got us a great start on diapers. I still can't believe I'm excited to get diapers for presents...but stranger things have happened. :) A couple girls opted out of the group gift and got me some of my favorite things off of my registry. A few examples...

Pops is going to be so cute in that little newborn outfit and his/her bum is going to be so cute and comfy in those diapers!

Thanks again girls! For coming, for traveling, for making food, for buying gifts, for decorating, and for being super friends. It was such a great morning and first baby shower!
