Photo Update (I know, creative title)

I wouldn't really say I've had "cravings", but if I had to pick one, beach clubs from Jimmy John's would definitely be my pregnancy food of choice!

Grabill Days...another festival with lots of options for foods that kill you. Our lethal injection of choice was the fried oreo. Basically a melty, warm oreo inside a donut with powdered sugar on top. I was skeptical, but surprised how good it was.
We live just about a half mile from the best coffee in our city (fact). Gorgeous Fall weather, bike ride, reading material, and great coffee...the perfect Saturday morning. Don't get me started on how much I adore the Fall weather and how much I love Devin in a cardigan. :)
Another Pinterest recipe try. I altered it a bit, as usual, but loved that the filling was held together by greek yogurt.
Dev had to be gone a couple nights last week...so I kept busy with some painting. Getting rid of that sage green color in our upstairs hallway and replacing it with a grayish-white. I hate sage green. While painting, I rekindled my love for John Piper (which is really just growing my love for Jesus). That guy has a way of explaining truth that just clicks with me. Thanks to Mr. Piper (and Mark Driscoll) for leading me to correct theology that has changed my life.
Finally have a great place to display a lovely flower that my mother-in-law gave me. This photo could make me ramble more about the joys of Fall, but I'll spare you.

Oh JJ was my siren when prego with willem. I'm so understanding of that, I think it's a pretty good choice ("your mom wants you to eat here" is displayed on the wall after all). Luke would be gone, I wouldn't want to cook...nothing smelled good...and the JJ guy was my hero- a couple of times. ;) That bread...mmmmmm

Hey Em! Hope all is going well.. I stumbled upon your blog; I think we live rather close (we're on Lake). I was wondering which coffee you've deemed as 'the best' :) Hope life is well! Maybe we'll run into each other one of these days

Hey Shannon! Yes...I hear we live close as well. It would be fun to bump into each other. The coffee shop I was referring to is Old Crown...so nothing new but we think their coffee is superb! Hope married life is going well!
