so i should totally be in bed right now...seeing as I'm running on 2 hrs of sleep last night and an hour today on the plane. but, it's only 9:30 mexico time and just can't seem to go to bed. our trip to CVE was awesome. it was such a fun week and i learned SO much. at some point i'll do a couple posts with lots of pictures from the trip, but for now I leave you with a couple excerpts from my first and last journal entries of the trip to capture your attention in hopes of enticing you back to my blog for the rest of the CVE series...

And it begins...I'm not sure of my thoughts about this trip. Mixed feelings for sure. But, I know if I am faithful - the Lord will be so faithful to me.

Well back to where we started. on the Furrer bus heading back to Marsteller. wow. craziness. lots of traveling. lots of fun, lots of learning, lots of tears. good trip-or should i say muy bien trip. I'm still trying to gather all of my thoughts, but it's coming. God has shown me so much and given me so much reason to hope. We made it and I have so many great memories and will be stronger and closer to God because of this trip.
PTL (praise the lord) - chrissy, that one's for you, and yes, betsy did/does day that....it was confirmed. geez our sisters are...cool? oh and landscape picture actually for real this time...tomado por mi

Ohhhhh Emu. I just love you. PTL for such amazing friends (and sisters, apparently). I will forever cherish our BUENO trip to Mexico. :)
