So much of getting through is looking it straight on squaring off you shoulders and saying its worth it...and you are not alone. With Noah I had "spotting" and looking that up online was not the best idea. Pretty much said I needed to go to the ER...which I didn't; which made me feel kind of guilty and worried. I think Jackie H was my hero and told me it was normal later on. :). I always have very tight ligament pain if that's good to hear. Some of the dorky looking stretches really do help, like the cat back one on all fours. i like to sit with one leg over the other bent and twist my lower back one way the switch sides, pregnant or not its worth the effort. really good for lower back ligaments. Another thing that helps me a ton is a compression tank, not a pregnancy one, just a normal one like at target or some typical retailer by the tights and bras. it adds just enough support so the ligaments don't pull quite as much. sounds like you've got a really good ref book so ill stop.;)

Take care

AnRene'L, Ann and boyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17819091836222076208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-192232606244623892.post-7227314830261563822012-09-29T19:01:45.938-04:002012-09-29T19:01:45.938-04:00Oh my! If it makes you feel any better, I...sorry Emily! If it makes you feel any better, I've had horrible digestion, cramping, struggles breathing, and overall uncomfortableness issues with this pregnancy. And yes, I've been worried too at times that something's wrong. And it's only week 16 for me. AND this isn't my first baby, so I can't even blame it on that. No one claims (or should claim) that pregnancy is all fun and games, but it definitely is worth it.
